And its ambition toward Michelin stars has usually made for luxe cuisine of impressive artistry and delicacy, with a wine list to match. The current iteration, under Nick Dostal (Grace) and somm Parag Lilat, ranks as high as it's been, whether or not Michelin comes to recognize that.
