Carrie Nahabedian is enough of a veteran that she worked for Gordon Sinclair when a kid named Charlie Trotter first turned up in the kitchen, and by now her contemporary restaurant is a veteran, too, the kind of artfully restrained place that could be in Napa or the Upper West Side as easily, save for the local provenance of her ingredients.
